Who is Nicole?

Owner Nicole Russell always knew that fashion would be in her future. As an elementary student she started her own design business by selling b-dazzled t-shirts and custom made friendship bracelets on her school bus. By High School she had obtained a job as a sales associate at two separate retail stores before becoming a prom and bridal consultant at a local bridal shop during her Senior year of High School. Nicole attended the Shannon Rodgers and Jerry Silverman School of Fashion Design and Merchandising at Kent State University and graduated in August of 2004 with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising. After completing an internship and accepting a full time position in the Macy’s buying office in Miami, Florida, Nicole took a vacation to come back home to Pennsylvania to be a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding. During this week, she decided Miami just wasn’t home and she quit the job she never started and moved back to Pennsylvania to be closer to friends and family. In November 2004 she decided that the Venango County area was in need of a trendy, fashionable wedding boutique and so at the ripe old age of 22, Nicole (then Hepler) created Nicole’s Bridal Boutique located in Seneca, Pennsylvania. For seven wedding seasons Nicole’s has continued to grow and bring high fashion at affordable prices to the greater Venango County Region.  In the Spring of 2011 Nicole encountered the opportunity to expand her company and purchased the former Bridal Treasures in Butler, Pennsylvania as a second location. Nicole’s Bridal Boutique of Butler re-opened their doors on June 1, 2011 and looks forward to a thriving business in the Butler market as well as much continued success in Seneca!

We want to make your dress shopping a memorable experience and will close our store just for you!  We don’t buy from books either. We annually take trips to Los Angeles, Ft. Myers and Chicago to bring you the best that bridal has to offer.  Our philosophy? If it looks ordinary, we don’t want it!!! We strive to bring you a gown that a million other people will not be wearing on your big day. We personally consult with you to do custom changes to make your dress unique, special and absolutely one of a kind…just like you!
